Property managers of $1.3 million condo in Manhattan are being sued for $300,000 over
chronic water leaks.
According to a specialist, mold build-up included “various fungi, bacteria, mycotoxins, endotoxins, and other toxic, dangerous, allergenic or unhealthful and harmful substances.” The inspector advised her Resident Michelle Buswell, a Victoria Secret model, to leave ASAP.
Residents have complained of water issues to the condo board and Argo, the property manager since October 2011
