Kensard Manor Cited for Mold, Mold and More Mold

72 year old Zola Blivin took a sample of a mysterious material out of her apartment to her physician. He wrote a letter to her regarding the toxicity of what he believed to be “mold spores” and suggested his patient vacate the unit immediately for her own health. She was suffering from pneumonia, extreme fatigue and weight loss. The letter freed Blivin to break her lease early and move from the infested unit. But what about the next people to move in? Kensard Manor denies there is mold in its complex.
