COLCHESTER POINT is now Mold Central

Debris is everywhere at Colchester Point Vermont. In spite of clean-up efforts, flooding is still a problem. Runoff from Lake Champlain increased with the rain, and water levels are still high.

Local shelters have been opened for people displaced by the flooded lake. Mold has already begun growing in local homes, and concerns about well water contamination, mold, electrical systems that have been exposed to water are growing. Affected families without flood insurance may be in trouble.
