Mold and the law: Chain of Custody 1

In mold cases, damages paid are often directly related to insurance company misbehavior rather than the health consequences of mold exposure. Science has not yet set standards for exposure duration, or how much mold will cause symptoms. Hence, if your family is being affected by mold exposure in a rental, or because of renovation issues or bad contractors, it is essential that, before you go to court, you get a mold testing company to test the quantity of mold inside your property. A reputable testing company will follow all protocols for Chain of Custody procedures for sampling and data.
