Mold Shuts Down Richibucto Courthouse

The Department of Supply and Service had the historic courthouse in Richibucto NB closed for an inspection of apparent mold problems.

The mold assessment of the mold indicated the problem was worse than expected, as it was widespread, and not confined to a single area.

As of Feb 14, Richibucto Court business will be handled in Moncton Law Courts, a new facility that opened up weeks after the mold was discovered. The community will be meeting to determine if they need a courthouse, or if the move to the new courthouse will be made permanent; and what will be done with the existing building, in that case.

If you’re in California, you might want to give us a call and see about getting an assessment from Byebyemold.
