Toxic Ansonia Apartments in Connecticut

Reports of toxic mold at the Ansonia Apartments in Connecticut:

A Tenant to sends her sick children to stay with family in fear that they will get sick from mold that has spread throughout the apartment complex. The cost of professional mold remediation is apparently out of reach.

News 8 (wthn) did a segment on a tenant who complained about mold in her bath and bedroom. Maintenance came out, assessed the problem, and cut the mold out of the closet wall that connected the two rooms but apparently there was insufficient funding to complete the job, then they said that the project manager was on vacation.

The tenant tossed out mattresses, and other household accoutrements to keep her children from being sickened by the mold spores.
